Vacuum mass extraction method (Mass) is currently one of the advanced leak detection technologies in the world. Its basic principle follows the law of mass conservation. The sample is placed in a vacuum testing chamber and the change in mass flow rate (ug/min) of the sample is detected under absolute pressure to quantitatively reflect the packaging leakage situation. The method follows the technical requirements of USP1207 and ASTM F3287-17 testing standards, and complies with the CCIT regulatory requirements of FDA, GMP, and CDE.
